Corrugated Hose is manufactured from relatively thin wall butt-welded tube into which rounded corrugations are formed. The hose flexes through the movement of the metal corrugations. The corrugations can be formed either by mechanical forming or hydraulic forming. In mechanical forming, the corrugations are rolled into the wall of the tube. There is in hydraulic forming, the corrugations are gently mounded out from the wall through internal pressure using water as the forming medium. After all this Process there is stainless steel wire braid on stainless steel tube in wire braiding machine for increase hose's working pressure. Some time hose required for higher pressure rating so, there is two wire braids on stainless steel tube. For low pressure requirement it is also available in without wire braid. |
